Oops!  I just booted both systems, recompiled the dnprogs, then cursed and
rebooted the Linux box with the correct kernel.  Boom!  'dndir' works, it's
painfully slow going to the PDP-11, but it works.  Also just copied a
Macro-11 source file from the PDP-11 and that worked.
