I've done a small amount of minor adjustments to the web page over the last 
few days:

- Updated the FAQ. Actually is a SAQ (Singly Asked Questions) because every time
  I get an email question I include it. 
- Split the mailing list archives by year. All of 1999 is seperated from 2000.
  If the current traffic volume persists there may well be more than one 2000 
  archive page but I'll see how it pans out.
- Uploaded a snapshot of 2.04. IF you're in an adventurous mood please test this
  and let me know what you think. The main highlight is an improved FAL with
  support for RFA file access and Variable-length binary records support via
  the metadata files. See the NEWS file for (slightly) more detail.
