Hi,

the trace in your first message seems to show that the Linux box
receives a data ack from the other end at a point which as far as
I'm aware is not allowed by the spec. The Linux box is expecting a
link-service message, and keeps sending conn-conf until one arrives.

I wonder if we should accept data-ack (otherdata-ack too?) as confirmation
that the connection has been made. I'll take a closer look at your other
two traces later on,
