Something to note there... The Linux end only implements CTERM as far
as I remember.  VMS supports that, but I don't remember if RSX ever
did.  Certainly the other PDP11 DECnets don't, they implement older
OS-specific terminal protocols that use a different object number.

So it may be that RSX is trying to connect to object 23 (old flavor
network terminal protocol).  No excuse for Linux crashing, of course,
but that could be a clue...
