Should be same speed as any other 10BaseMumble, of course. As for how
to connect -- I can imagine several ways. Lots of current Ethernet
adapters still come with AUI connectors. Alternatively, you can
splice 10Base2 to 10Base5 with just an N-BNC adapter. Don't do as
some foolish author in some foolish trade rag did and hook up the
splice at a T connector with a terminator... it's just a barrel
connection.
