I had major problems getting 2.3.40 to boot and DECnet to work, it turned
out that the booting problems were probably my fault since I was trying to
also play with framebuffer support. One thing I had to do was telnet into
the Linux box to halt it, couldn't login from the console :^)

Well, I'm now able to log into the PDP-11 running RSX-11M V4.2 from the
Linux box, it turns out the problem was the program "SLE", SLE-Editor V
2.6, which was in the SYSLOGIN.CMD file. However, there are other problems
as depending on what I do the connection will most likely freeze solid and
have to be broken out of.

Also spent part of the morning testing stuff like dndir/dir, dncopy/copy,
dntype/type. Stuff seems to work but is slow when going from Linux->RSX11,
but going RSX11->Linux is flakey and way slower with stops and starts
(assuming it finishes).
