New patch

Hi,

A new DECnet patch is out. It is against 2.3.50 (and has already been
submitted to the kernel, so should be in shortly). Its major features
are:

 o Removed DECnet raw sockets
 o Eduardo's latest disconnect fix
 o Fix to ioctl(TIOCINQ)
 o Documentation update

Patrick: if this doesn't fix the X-servers, then can you send me an
strace/tcpdump on the latest kernel ? I'm guessing that the newly fixed
TIOCINQ will give the X-servers the information that they need. There
could have been a problem before because it only reported the size of
the fist skb in the queue, not the total queue size as it does now.

The patch is in the usual place on ftp.sucs.swan.ac.uk if you want to
see it before it arrives in the kernel source proper,

Steve.
