Pre-alpha announce: LAT

I have uploaded a LAT server to ftp.dreamtime.org/pub/linux/decnet/pjc/latd-0.0.2.tar.gz

This is not very usable software as yet so please don't download it and expect to be able to connect to Linux from a DECserver yet. In fact I don't even have a DECserver to test it with (any contributions gratefully received...I'll pay carriage, seriously).

Please read the README.PLEASE file in the package and send me feedback. If you can code then please send patches if you can. If you're a C coder don't be put off by it being in C++, most of the important protocol stuff is still in C really!

I hope to update this software frequently so keep an eye on this list for more progress.
