I said to expect regular updates and here we go.

latd-0.0.3.tar.gz is now on the ftp site (also available via http) at
ftp.dreamtime.org/pub/linux/decnet/pjc/latd-0.0.3.tar.gz

This release looks much better than the previous one thanks to much hard work
on Eduardo's part sending me Kbytes of packet traces and many sleepless nights
and ignoring doctors orders on my part.

It should cope with flow-control correctly now and works for LAT 5.1 and 5.2
nodes (I think). There is no retransmission implemented yet so if you have
a flaky network or a very slow client you may still get lockups.

This release is also marginally slower than the previous release (particularly
to LAT 5.1 machines) because I'm only sending packets when the circuit timer
expires as per what I think is supposed to happen.

Please read the README.PLEASE, BUGS and TODO files if you play with this
and also please let me know how you get on with it. This is a clean-room
reverse-engineering effort so the more empirical observations I get the
better the implementation will be.
