ANNOUNCE  dnprogs 2.05

This is a very minor bugfix update. I've been hanging on to these two fixes for ages now and it seems pointless to keep them from you any longer.

- fix a bug in FAL where is sent back .DIR for a directory but didn't recognise it when it came back...for dapfs
- fix a few timing problems in librms
- fix the %post script in the RPMs

only Intel binaries are up at the moment but the SPAR Cand Alpha binary RPMs should be up in the next day or two.
