ANNOUNCE phprms 1.0b1

I'm pleased to announce the release of phprms 1.0 beta 1.

phprms is a php3 module to access RMS file based on a VMS system. In
order to use it, you'll need the lastest version of dnprogs 2.05 which
correct bugs with librms.

You can download it on http://ndupeux.free.fr/phprms/
