RSX-11M V4.2 -> Linux 2.3.40 testing

OK, I finally got my problems with the 2.3.40 kernel and decnet "solved".
I seem to need to manually set the default device and node address manually
after the system comes up.

Tests so far:
1. RSX-11M -> Linux crashed PDP-11
2. RSX-11M -> Linux worked!
3. Linux -> RSX-11M
4-? Linux -> RSX-11M

In every try I've been able to connect to the PDP-11 and log in, BUT as
soon as I type anything at the prompt after I'm logged in the session locks
up.

While I'm able to log into Linux from the PDP-11, except the first try
where the PDP-11 crashed, it's a very 'sluggish' connection.  I made a
major mistake and ran 'top' when I logged in the second time, and finally
had to just do a kill on that session from the Linux console.

Another interesting point, log into the Linux box, and do a 'ls', the first
time, nice and smooth, from the second time on when I do a 'ls' it seems to
pause in the same spots.  Now that's just plain freaky!

I've also tried testing 'dndir' and I'm getting problems going to both
OpenVMS and RSX-11M.

Still other than that first crash when testing today things look a LOT
