Yes, that's the goal.  But the job is only half done and I work on it
in spare time (which is in short supply).  I don't have a VAX to test
with, only a PDP11.  But DDCMP is pretty simple; if it works with one
I would think it should work with the other.

I have no idea.  I've never tried DOSEMU.  It didn't sound like it was 
all that hard to set up; you might just try it to see if it works.
